Is there a design flaw that's adding stress to your every day? From there we'll work with you to design and choose finish selections, from window sizing right down to floor vent covers. Kitchens could be $40,000-$90,000. Building an addition to add space could be $90,000-$200,000. Renovations are a lengthy process, and design is our first focus.

If you'd like to listen to construction noise, the odd swear word and 90's country/rock all day long, sure. We take great care in protecting your home as if it were our own. Most clients allow us keys and passcodes to go in and out freely during the work week. We'll be gone by the time you sit down to have dinner and back in the morning as you leave for work.

Yes, GG Construction Ltd. carries $5 million liability insurance coverage. Our WCB and Saskatoon business licensing is up to date. We're grateful to say we've had no loss time injuries on any of our job sites! Just lots of slivers.

Once we finalize design details, we will effectively communicate an on-time completion plan and construction schedule to you prior to demolition. As you would assume, renovations come with surprises of all sorts. If a large unforeseen circumstance arises, we'll stop work immediately to communicate a plan with you on how to move forward. On average, a basic project of this scope could take 2-4 weeks.

As a homeowner, you ultimately are responsible for the permits during renovation on your home. This becomes most important during resale time. But, we as contractors can apply for them on your behalf. In short, the city requires permits for any structural or building envelope changes to your home. If you're just updating fixtures, cabinetry and flooring, you do not need a permit.
